Guild Executive Board
This is Stuart’s second year on the Executive Board, serving last year as Co-Treasurer. He is excited to take on his first year as Co-President. He and his lovely wife Ruth have three children and have been a part of the MTA family for six years. William is in 5th Grade, Adora 2nd Grade, and Violet is in 1st Grade. Professionally he works from home as a part-time business manager and book keeper, and full-time as stay at home dad.
My family and I moved from West Point where I was a professor in the Chemistry and Life Sciences Department. I was stationed all over the world and spent 4 years in combat. My wife, Laura, and I are extremely happy to have our 4 children learning at MTA. My wife is a talented photographer/artist and I am an entrepreneur developing biotech devices. I continue publishing scientific research on tissue engineering and chemotherapies. As a family, we love sports, travel, animals, friends, family, and fun. This is my first year serving on the executive board.
Lynn’s has served previously on the Guild Board as the K-2 parent representative. She is the proud mother of Max who will be entering 2nd grade. In addition to volunteering at MTA, she is the President of a private family foundation. Lynn is looking forward to helping support the MTA community, as she and her husband Clifford are both Madison alumni.
Brett will be serving his second term as Co-Vice President on the Guild Board after serving a two-year term on the SITE Council. Brett and his wife Lindsey have three children: Isabel is in MTA 5th grade, Stanley is 1st Grade and Elsie will be in MTA Kindergarten next year. Brett has had a variety of rolls in the public and private sector and now serves as the Executive Director of the Public Service Academy at Arizona State University.
This is Brigitte’s first year on the Board. She and her husband have two children, a daughter (Spencer) who is a sophomore at Sunnyslope High School and attended MTA for 5th through 8th grades, and a son (Skyler) who is a 6th grader at MTA and has attended MTA since 1st grade. Brigitte works full-time as an attorney and has been actively involved with the Guild for the past four years.
This is Christina’s 1st year as a member of the Guild board. She has one student at MTA; Nicolette started in Preschool and will be going into the 3rd grade. She is an IT Program Manager for CVS Health. She is also a co-leader for Girl Scout Troop 400, and loves to do any type of crafts.
This is Stacia’s First year on the board. She and her husband Brian have 2 boys at MTA. Sebastian is in 2nd grade and Noah is in Kindergarten. She works as a designer at an architectural firm and has done several projects including MTA with the Madison School District in the past.

This is Sonja’s third year on the Board, she was a Co-President in 2016-17 & 2017-18. She has 3 daughters; Ashli a Madison #1, Sunnyslope, and ASU Alumni, Delaney is in 5th, and Sammi is in 3rd. She is a Software Consultant in the HR & Payroll industry. Sonja is very excited to be a member of the Guild and a part of the MTA Community.
6 - 8 Parent Representative
This is Andrea’s first year on the board. Her son Andrew will be a 7th grader and Michael, an MTA alum, attends Sunnyslope. Andrea earned her degree in Broadcasting from ASU and is married to a fellow Sun Devil. You may recognize Andrea, she was the Secretary here at MTA but returned to working at ASU in the Spring of 2017. These days you can find Andrea in the Fulton Schools of Engineering supporting various deans and directors.
Dad's Club President
Greg has 6 children, one at MTA, a son in 3rd grade. He has 2 adult children who both attended Sunnyslope High School. He also has a son who is a sophomore in high school and twin three-year-old boys (who will be MTA students in a few years!) This is his third year of involvement in the MTA Dad’s Club and he is serving as the President of the MTA Dad’s Club for 2017/2018. He owns Fish Construction, a commercial construction company. He enjoys spending time with his kids doing outdoor activities like camping and boating.
