OUR MISSION – Establishing and maintaining a working relationship between the parents, school and teachers. Enhancing the quality of education by raising funds for school programs, equipment, resources or supplemental materials that fall outside the school budget. Providing volunteer support to increase student safety and security and to facilitate the educational experience. Developing and assisting with the implementation of programs and projects that will enrich the curriculum.

To volunteer, follow these steps:

If you have not already signed up, please register on the Raptor website. You must be APPROVED in Raptor before volunteering.

  • Make sure to have a copy of your drivers license ready to upload
  • For step #4, make sure to check “Parent Teacher Organization Activity”

If you have already signed up, you can login and see volunteer shifts via links provided on Facebook or in the Hoots ‘n’ Hollers weekly email.

Your hours will show in your Raptor account. Please keep track of your hours separately should there be any discrepancies.

SQUARE FEES – All credit card purchases for Guild sponsored products, services, activities, etc. will be assessed a 4% fee.
